How do I find out what model of slide I have?
Send an image and description of your slide to Technical Support. Be sure to include the slide’s dimensions and the stamped date code.
NOTE: When sending photos, please send a JPG file. Zip files cannot be accepted.
How do I order a replacement part to repair my Accuride slide?
You can request most replacement parts from Technical Support. These include bumpers, brackets, and plastic rail clips. You may have to send a digital picture (JPG format only) of the part you need replaced so we can identify it. If the part is available, you should receive it in 2-4 weeks. If the part is no longer in production, we will notify you that it is unavailable.
How do I find and purchase an Accuride product?
You can purchase select products on our Online Store or through an Accuride distributor. You can find a local distributor with our Distributor Locator.
How do I find the right slide for my project?
Visit our Drawer Slides page. We list our range of slides by key traits, such as load rating, special features, and mounting arrangement. For any further help, you can contact our Customer Support.
How do I install my slides?
You can find a step-by-step process on your slide’s technical sheet. You can download a technical sheet at the bottom of every Accuride product detail page.
How do I remove my drawer?
Many Accuride drawer slides have a mechanism that disconnects a drawer from a cabinet. You can learn about the different disconnect methods via our blog or our video.
What if my application has a higher load than Accuride’s recommended one?
We test our products for recommended loads. Exceeding that rating may affect performance and durability. NOTE: Accuride’s Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover slides damaged for any use contrary to instructions. That includes loads that exceed our recommendation.
Can I mount slides on the bottom of a drawer instead of the sides?
We recommend mounting the slides as they were designed. Using otherwise will likely affect their performance and durability, unless specified otherwise.
Which Accuride slides can I mount at the bottom of my drawer?
We have several models of slides designed for bottom-mounting. You can find them on our Drawer Slides page. There you’ll find our full range of slides arranged by category, including undermount (bottom-mount).
My drawer isn’t working properly. What do I do?
If you experience the following:
- Drawer won't stay closed
- Drawer has rough movement
- Drawer has separated from slide
Contact the retailer you bought the slide from. To buy a replacement, visit our Store or contact your local distributor.
Where can I find an electronic technical drawing for an Accuride product?
You can find a complete list of Accuride CADs at our dedicated CAD page. Accuride only offers 3D (IGS) models on selected products.
How do I find out what pocket or flipper door slide and hinge fits my project?
There are two options:

Are your products RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant?
Yes. All Accuride products are RoHS compliant.
Does Accuride use recycled materials to manufacture its products?
Most Accuride ball bearing slides use 25% to 35% recycled steel. Out stainless-steel products use about 60% recycled material.
Where can I find catalogs, technical sheets, and CADs for your products?
Each Accuride product page has links to downloadable technical sheets and Computer-Aided Designs. We have a page that lists all our downloadable catalogs. You can also request a printed catalog be delivered to you.
My local distributor does not have the Accuride product I need. What should I do?
Visit our Online Store and search for the product you need.
